How it works:

Once you have opened a Shark business case session, you can select the Salesforce icon that's within the sidebar. Here you can choose the account and opportunity that you want the business case session added to. It's as easy as that!

You will need to get your Salesforce admin team involved at the beginning, however, here is a short video to show how easy it is to set-up:
