ROI Portal

What is it?

The ROI portal is a web interface that allows customers to easily access the ROI expertise that they need. It contains :-

  • Business Case Examples
  • User tips for frequently asked questions
  • Direct access to expert support....mail, chat, and web cam advice
  • Expert contact details - by territory

Why is it needed?

Most of our customers need a little help at some stage of their own familiarisation with ROI based business cases. This help must be delivered fast, direct to the sales team, at the moment a potential block is encountered. This advice usually can't wait - especially where a customer is involved!

Businesses that have progressed beyond first usage of the tool, wanted an area where all their business cases could be stored, for access by their community, in order to leverage and utilise the sponsored savings from previous quotes when commencing new client situations.

What economic benefits have been sponsored by end user customers ?

Examples of this information, where actual customers have supported for these benefits for their own Board presentations include :

Telecomms... a 2% up-sell benefit - has been sponsored on two occasions as a benefit arising from the implementation of a global network solution into Hotel chains.

Distribution... a 5% reduction in stock holding has been sponsored, and then later proven to have exceeded this level originated from the deployment of new ERP solutions.

The difference between these measures and typical benchmarked savings, is that these were considered the minimums that could be gained BEFORE the project began, and were the basis upon which the economic decision makers identified benefits to justify the investment spend.

How do I access this ?

The ROI portal is available to certain "closed" sales teams to review their own business case database of their enterprise. Alternatively, licensed users of the software have access to a general business case database using "no-name" customer scenarios for consideration in their own business case production.
