EXTRACTS FROM SHARK FINESSE LTD (SFL) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE RELATING TO CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
The following terms apply to returns of most SFL purchases:
Requests for returns or refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of shipment / download.
All returns to SFL must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number) Or Software Deactivation Code number (SDC number) to receive appropriate credit.
If the product requires activation and has already been installed, the license must be transferred back via the Activation/Removal webpage and include an SDC number before a return can be processed.
Purchases of consultancy days or deal clinics cannot be refunded where the service has already been provided or is scheduled to be delivered within a period of less than seven (7) days from the cancellation request. Maintenance contracts cannot be cancelled or returned if the cancellation request is received inside the period of maintenance and support.
SFL will generally not accept exchanges of software but will rely upon its terms and conditions relating to support warranties contained in the software license. If SFL fails to perform in accordance with these software and service warranties, refunds will be considered in accordance with the refunds policy stated above.
Software products will be shipped to customers via SFL’s software download facilities. The licensing of products will be managed by security and activation processes as part of the software structure.
Currency of transactions accepted
Prices for transactions will generally be quoted in £’s (UK Sterling) but payment be will accepted in most major currencies where supported by a quote for the currency type requested.
There are no contractual terms or restrictions imposed by SFL relating to the export and delivery of SFL software and services portfolio outside the United Kingdom. SFL is unaware of any legal or security obligations for use or delivery outside the United Kingdom.
