Request for Activation Code

After successful installation of Shark you should run the application in order to obtain a Site code and MID code values for your computer. We need these codes for calculation of your activation code.

When you start Shark the licence management dialog will appear and you will be prompted to enter valid activation code. Site and MID code values are located on upper part of this dialog box.

Use this form to submit Site code and Machine ID (MID) values. As soon as we receive and check submitted data a valid activation code will be sent to you. You can also send an e-mail to activate@sharkfinesse.com with all required information.

If you are upgrading your product you will not need to reactivate it.


Removing your licence:

If you would like to transfer your licence to another machine you must first remove it from your current machine. Toggle the scroll lock key on and load Shark and the licence Management screen will appear. Select "Remove licence" radio button, enter your original activation code and press "Continue " button. Press OK to approve licence removal process. Remove code dialog box will pop-up. Please be sure to write down removal code as soon as you are done and enter the code in the form below.

Please note that once your licence has been removed the Shark software will not run.
